Experience: 3-5 years minimum

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software/IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope and timeline adherence.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate project objectives, progress, and expectations with team members and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates.
• Manage project resources effectively.
• Ensure implementation and adherence to quality assurance processes.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, translating business requirements.
• Lead client meetings, managing expectations and addressing concerns.
• Monitor and report project performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in software/IT projects.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in business analysis and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred.
• PMP or relevant certifications are desirable.
